Zoomifier Corporation (“Zoomifier”) is sensitive to the private nature of information a user provides to it and takes all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to, interception of, or interference with any information.
When a user makes use of the Zoomifier product and services (“Services”), and at other times, the user may be providing Zoomifier software with personally identifiable information. The personally identifiable information provided ranges from limited personal data such as name, photos, telephone number, address and email address to facts about the user’s person, profession and preferences.
You use Services to upload, store, receive and share content. This content includes any information about you and others that you may choose to include.
We collect payment and billing information when you register for certain paid Services. You might also provide payment information, such as payment card details, which we collect via secure payment processing services.
In addition, Zoomifier Services automatically collect usage information from users when using Services.
Zoomifier may combine the personally identifiable information which a user provides during his/her use of the Service with other information about a user that is available to Zoomifier, including Service usage information and information from other sources. Zoomifier may use this information to enable it to process, validate and verify information for the purposes for which a user specifically provided the information; to perform a task that the Service was intended to perform; to improve a user’s experience; to improve and develop new products, features and services; to alert users to new services and special offers; to provide Zoomifier marketing with aggregate information about Zoomifier users and usage patterns and for other purposes.

This privacy policy describes the ways in which Zoomifier collects and reads the information you provide in your Google Apps account via the Zoomifier “Email Sync” integration.

The security of your Google Gmail information is important to us. You can use Zoomifier to sync Email communication between you and your contacts. We will retain the synced/imported information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
If you wish to close your account or request that we no longer use your Gmail information you can either uninstall the Email Sync App from the Data and Privacy options from your google account (Data from apps and services you use) or if you want to delete all Contact data that was imported to Zoomifier simply delete your Contact in coordination with our support department.
We may update this privacy statement to reflect changes to our business or this app as it pertains to the information collected from you and our use of it. If the change impacts how we use or handle information collected from you, we will email you and/or your company’s Google administrator, or post a notice where you first access this app prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. App’s use of information received from Gmail APIs will adhere to Google’s Limited Use Requirements.
Zoomifier will not send or promote the sending of unsolicited commercial communications (“spam”) and will take reasonable measures to ensure that its facilities are not used by others for this purpose.

Safeguards are maintained to protect the security, integrity, and privacy of these servers and of a user’s personally identifiable information.
