  1. Publish – give link to Publish help content
  2. Export – give link to Export help content 
  3. Information – give link to information
  4. Colors – give link to color palette

Edit

  1. Copy – Duplicate selected content to the clipboard for reuse.
  2. Cut – Remove selected content and store it in the clipboard for pasting.
  3. Paste – Insert copied or cut content from the clipboard.
  4. Select All – Highlight all elements on the current slide or document.
  5. Duplicate – Create an exact copy of the selected element.
  6. Undo – Reverse the last action performed.
  7. Redo – Restore the last undone action.
  8. Delete – Remove the selected content permanently.
  9. Find and Replace – Search for specific text and replace it with another.
  1. Find what – Enter the text you want to search for in the presentation.
  2. Replace with – Enter the new text to replace the found text.
  3. Replace where – Choose to apply changes to the current slide or all slides.
  4. Current Slide Only – Replace text only on the currently selected slide.
  5. Replace All – Replace all occurrences of the searched text with the new text.

Insert

  1. New Slide – Add a new slide.
  2. Text Box – Insert a text box.
  3. Chart – Insert a chart.
  4. Media – Insert an image, video, or audio.
  5. Table – Insert a table.

View

  1. Hide/Show Rulers – Toggle the visibility of rulers for precise alignment.
  2. Disable/Enable Auto Alignment – Auto Alignment Automatically aligns elements to the center or edges of the slide and relative to other elements present on the slide. This toggle helps with turning it off or on.
  3. Clear All Guides – Remove all custom alignment guides from the slide.

Format

  1. Bring to Front – Move the selected object to the top layer, placing it above all other objects.
  2. Bring Forward – Move the selected object up one layer in the stack, positioning it closer to the front.
  3. Send Backward – Move the selected object down one layer in the stack, positioning it further back.
  4. Send to Back – Move the selected object to the bottom layer, placing it behind all other objects.
  5. Align – Arrange multiple selected objects relative to each other or the slide, aligning them by edges or centers.
  6. Distribute – Evenly space multiple selected objects horizontally or vertically across the slide.
