Grouping
Slide
Grouping allows you to combine multiple elements (like shapes, pictures, text boxes, and even videos) together so that you can move, resize, or format them all at once as if they were a single object.
Select multiple elements and Right click
Right Click Option > Group Elements
1.Grouped Elements can be:
- Moved around on the slide together
- Edited together with the help of properties on the right panel
- Build in and Build out can be applied to an entire Group together
Special Editing Options on the Right Panel when you select the Group are:
2. Align within Group: These options adjust the alignment of objects within the group without affecting their position relative to the slide.
3. Distribute: These options help evenly space the objects within the selected group.
4. Align to Selected Elements: Ensures the distribution is based on the selected elements within the group.
5. Align to Slide: (Not selected in this case) Would distribute objects relative to the entire slide instead of just within the group.
6. Horizontally: Evenly spaces objects across the horizontal axis within the group.
7. Vertically: Evenly spaces objects along the vertical axis within the group.
