PRIVACY POLICY

Zoomifier Corporation (“Zoomifier”) is sensitive to the private nature of information a user provides to it and takes all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to, interception of, or interference with any information.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
When a user makes use of the Zoomifier product and services (“Services”), and at other times, the user may be providing Zoomifier software with personally identifiable information. The personally identifiable information provided ranges from limited personal data such as name, photos, telephone number, address and email address to facts about the user’s person, profession and preferences.
You use Services to upload, store, receive and share content. This content includes any information about you and others that you may choose to include.
We collect payment and billing information when you register for certain paid Services. You might also provide payment information, such as payment card details, which we collect via secure payment processing services.
In addition, Zoomifier Services automatically collect usage information from users when using Services.
USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Zoomifier may combine the personally identifiable information which a user provides during his/her use of the Service with other information about a user that is available to Zoomifier, including Service usage information and information from other sources. Zoomifier may use this information to enable it to process, validate and verify information for the purposes for which a user specifically provided the information; to perform a task that the Service was intended to perform; to improve a user’s experience; to improve and develop new products, features and services; to alert users to new services and special offers; to provide Zoomifier marketing with aggregate information about Zoomifier users and usage patterns and for other purposes.
In addition, Zoomifier may disclose any information about a user to law enforcement, other government officials, or other third parties, as Zoomifier, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose Zoomifier to legal liability, or in connection with Zoomifier’s consolidation, or sale of substantially all of its assets.
Zoomifier reserves the right to contact users at any time regarding any problems or questions as well as to notify users of changes to its Privacy Policy, or to other policies or terms that affect a user and his or her use of the Services, and to share information in order to enforce Zoomifier’s policies and terms governing the Services.
COOKIES
Like most websites, Zoomifier automatically collects information through the use of “cookies”. “Cookies” are small text files a website can use to recognize repeat Users, facilitate the user’s ongoing access to and use of the Services.
Limited Information from Email and Calender Services Disclosure
Zoomifier Corporation (“Zoomifier”) respects the privacy of its users and is committed to ensuring the limited use of information obtained through Google APIs in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Apps Sync
This privacy policy describes the ways in which Zoomifier collects and reads the information you provide in your Google Apps account via the Zoomifier “Email Sync” integration.
Collection and Use
We collect the following information from your Google Apps account:
- User’s names
- User’s email
We add/import the chosen personal information to your Zoomifier Account account from your Google Apps account:
- User’s names
- User’s email
- User’s Mails from Gmail
We normally use this information to
Synchronize user emails into Zoomifier and show them on the Zoomifier Contacts timeline.
We will only use this information for the specific reason for which you wanted to provide it to us.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
We disclose information only in the following cases:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or a similar legal process
when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request
if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice through our app of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
Security
The security of your Google Gmail information is important to us. We take commercially reasonable measures and follow generally accepted standards to protect the information you provide us, both during transmission and once we receive it. For example, the information you provide is transmitted via encryption using technologies such as secure socket layer technology (SSL).
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Accessing Your Information
You can use Zoomifier to sync Email communication between you and your contacts. We will retain the synced/imported information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
If you wish to close your account or request that we no longer use your Gmail information you can either uninstall the Email Sync App from the Data and Privacy options from your google account (Data from apps and services you use) or if you want to delete all Contact data that was imported to Zoomifier simply delete your Contact in coordination with our support department.
Privacy Statement Updates
We may update this privacy statement to reflect changes to our business or this app as it pertains to the information collected from you and our use of it. If the change impacts how we use or handle information collected from you, we will email you and/or your company’s Google administrator, or post a notice where you first access this app prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. App’s use of information received from Gmail APIs will adhere to Google’s Limited Use Requirements.
SPAM
Zoomifier will not send or promote the sending of unsolicited commercial communications (“spam”) and will take reasonable measures to ensure that its facilities are not used by others for this purpose.
SECURITY
The personally identifiable information Zoomifier collects about a user is stored in confidence in limited access servers. Safeguards are maintained to protect the security, integrity, and privacy of these servers and of a user’s personally identifiable information. Please contact us if you want us to delete your personally identifiable information.
